The company is a leading Architecture Engineering and Construction AEC outsourcing company providing CAD Drafting BIM Modeling Revit Shop Drawings and Design Support services to clients across the United States United Kingdom Australia and the Middle East.
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating qualified leads and supporting international B2B sales activities. This role offers excellent exposure to global markets and long term career growth in international business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn email campaigns cold calling and online research.
Identify architects contractors engineering consultants and construction companies as potential clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM software.
Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified prospects for the senior sales team.
Prepare company profiles presentations and introductory proposals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long term business relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and service offerings.
Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Strong research analytical and problem solving skills.
Self motivated confident and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing Commerce Engineering Architecture or any related discipline.
MBA/ BBA in Marketing is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Knowledge
Basic understanding of the Architecture Engineering and Construction AEC industry.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit BIM CAD Drafting Architecture Outsourcing or related services will be an advantage.
Interest in international B2B sales lead generation client acquisition and business development.
