Job Description:
  • Responsible for Sales target related to product in area/region assigned
  • Drive the company vision and delivery of innovative new products
  • Conduct market research to identify user need for new products and product updates
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Competition benchmarking to know product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats
  • Establish requirements and specifications for new products
  • Clearly communicate vision and goals of new products to development team
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
  • Manage cross-functional teams in business, sales, product, design, and engineering
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
  • Manage product launch and stock of products at different locations for initial period

 

           

Candidate Profile –

 

  • MBA with 3 to 4 year Sales experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good language proficiency in Hindi, English (Marathi optional)
  • MS Office, specially MS excel
  • Sales process knowledge
  • Good presentation skills
  • Problem solving skilles
  • Able to understand customer issues
  • Ready to reallocate as per company priority
