Responsibilities:
- Independent handling of Operations in mid to large size Fasteners Manufacturing Company.
- Need to have exposure to productivity improvement, cost
- reduction projects through concepts like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc.
- Knowledge about budgeting for Operations, is added advantage.
- Knowledge about trouble shooting of Thread Rolling Machines,
- CNC machines would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of latest trends in operations management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Exposure to latest spring technology machines.
- Automation & Cost Reduction Projects.
Required Skills:
- Communication and motivation.
- Organisation and delegation.
- Forward planning and strategic thinking.
- Problem solving and decision-making.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include
- organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work
- Ability to provide technical as well as operational
- Lead the Team in Overcoming Bottle-necks and
- Trouble-shooting.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech -Mechanical/MBA- Operation
Salary: - Upto 17.00 LPA
