Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.

• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and new suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

• Manage purchase budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

• Review contracts and agreements for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of vendor sourcing and inventory control.
