We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fitter to perform mechanical fitting, maintenance, and installation tasks in the plant. The ideal candidate should be able to handle tools, read mechanical drawings, and support equipment maintenance in accordance with safety and quality standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out fitting and assembly of mechanical components and structures

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and overhauling of equipment (gearbox, pumps, conveyors, fans, etc.)

• Handle cutting, grinding, drilling, welding (basic) and alignment jobs

• Support in installation of new machinery and equipment

• Conduct preventive maintenance and assist during plant shutdowns

• Operate hand and power tools like spanners, drills, grinders, etc.

• Ensure proper lubrication and tightening of moving parts

• Read and follow mechanical drawings and layout diagrams

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation of work

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams during shift duties

🎓 Qualification:

• ITI – Fitter (from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute)

🛠️ Key Skills:

• Mechanical fitting and assembly

• Basic welding & gas cutting

• Machine installation and maintenance

• Use of mechanical tools and instruments

• Shift handling and teamwork

• Safety and PPE compliance
