Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and dispatch of contract notes for clients.

Handling daily back office operations related to equity, commodity, and derivatives.

Performing accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.

Coordinating with the front office and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Reconciliation of client accounts.

Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a back office role within the broking industry.

Strong knowledge of broking operations and settlement procedures.

Hands-on experience with contract note preparation and reporting.
