Job Description:

About the role

As an Execution Manager, the employee is expected to ensure sales growth in each category at stores by suggesting, recommending & implementing the changes in strategies / planogram / placements / promotions / marketing etc.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring products are displayed as per planogram and suggesting any changes in planogram
  • Ensuring products availability in Stores / Warehouse & highlighting any discrepancies on timely basis to management to avoid sale loss
  • Study competition, do benchmarking in prices & new category of products in the competition and suggest addition of categories to improve sale volume
  • Suggest & improving in store display methods during local festivals or any other promotional initiatives of the company to improve sales volume
  • Ensure availability of products as per the decided planogram before new store opening
  • Study customer purchasing patterns & trends in various company retail stores & suggest improvements points to increase sale or to reduce loss of sales due to any inefficiency in processes or systems.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is usually a minimum requirement. 

  • Experience:

This role requires at least 8-10 years of experience in Retail Store Execution operations. 

  • Preferred Industry:

Retail Supermarket or Hypermarket Store
