About the role
As an Execution Manager, the employee is expected to ensure sales growth in each category at stores by suggesting, recommending & implementing the changes in strategies / planogram / placements / promotions / marketing etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring products are displayed as per planogram and suggesting any changes in planogram
- Ensuring products availability in Stores / Warehouse & highlighting any discrepancies on timely basis to management to avoid sale loss
- Study competition, do benchmarking in prices & new category of products in the competition and suggest addition of categories to improve sale volume
- Suggest & improving in store display methods during local festivals or any other promotional initiatives of the company to improve sales volume
- Ensure availability of products as per the decided planogram before new store opening
- Study customer purchasing patterns & trends in various company retail stores & suggest improvements points to increase sale or to reduce loss of sales due to any inefficiency in processes or systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is usually a minimum requirement.
- Experience:
This role requires at least 8-10 years of experience in Retail Store Execution operations.
- Preferred Industry:
Retail Supermarket or Hypermarket Store
