SailPoint IdentityNow Lead - L3: Skills: SailPoint IGA, IDN/ISC, Life cycle management, User Certification Experience: Min 6 Years experience Key Responsibilities: · Identity Management: Manage user identities, roles, and access privileges within the SailPoint platform. · Access Governance: Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and access control standards. · Access profile onboarding · Work with customer on daily deliverables SLA, SailPoint risk, escalation etc. · Create and maintain workflows for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. · Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IGA. · Support L2 escalated issues and activities related to SailPoint. · Perform Operational Support such as monitoring, troubleshooting failures, restarting services, responding to alerts for In-Scope IGA Application. · Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. · Work with audit team and provide required evidence on timely manner. · Monitor and enhance the security of identity and access management processes. · Provide support to end-users and stakeholders. · Generate reports and dashboards to monitor access and compliance. · Resolve user data issues pertaining to user identity lifecycle data being maintained by IGA tool, data consistency and synchronization monitoring for reconciliation of identity and user access data · Troubleshoot and provide fixes for issues related to identities onboarding on IGA application via the self-service or authoritative source reconciliation · Management of high-level roles within IGA application like Business/IT/capability roles · Maintain workflows within IGA application · Access certification and hygiene activities on IGA application: · Troubleshoot and fix issues related to approval workflows and provisioning failures · Resolve issues with respect to policy violations for Access policies, provisioning policies and reconciliation policies · Preparation and submission of IGA reports pertaining to applicable compliance control evidence as necessary per compliance requirements. · Resolve End User related issues as per agreed upon SLAs · Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow would be preferable.
