Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with clients for feedback and upselling opportunities.

• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.

• Provide timely updates to customers about order status or service progress.

• Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction goals.

• Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and helpful.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
