Junior IoT Engineer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• IoT Device Design: Assist in designing and developing circuits, sensors, and embedded
systems for IoT devices.
• Network Management: Help configure and optimize network hardware (routers, switches,
firewalls) for seamless IoT integration.
• IoT Architecture: Contribute to scalable IoT system designs, integrating sensors, cloud
platforms, and data analytics.
• Security & Troubleshooting: Implement security measures and troubleshoot
hardware/software issues in IoT systems.
• Collaboration: Work with software and hardware teams to ensure smooth system
integration.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documents and reports for IoT projects and system
designs.
Required Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 0.5 - 2 years in IoT, hardware, or network systems.
• Skills: Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP), and
IoT platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Programming: Proficiency in C/C++ or Python for embedded systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications (e.g., CCNA, IoT-related certifications).
• Experience with wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee).
• Familiarity with IoT cloud services and basic data analysis.
