Job Description:

ITI Technician - Tool Room In Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Die Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance and sharpening of progressive, compound, and draw dies.
- Troubleshooting:Identify and fix tool-related issues on the production line (e.g., burr issues, dimensional inaccuracies).
- Machine Operation:Skilled use of Tool Room machinery including Surface Grinders, Lathe Machines, and Drilling Machines.
- Assembly:Assist in the assembly and disassembly of heavy press tools and ensuring proper alignment.
- Precision Work:Reading technical drawings and using precision instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges) to ensure tools meet exact tolerances.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Education:ITI in Tool & Die Maker (preferred) or Fitter/Machinist.
- Experience:1 to 2 years specifically within a Tool Room environment in a Sheet Metal or Press Shop.
- Knowledge:Familiarity with die components like punches, pillars, bushes, and die plates.
Candidate Profile
- Gender:Male (Only).
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling heavy tool sets.
- Basic understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment processes is a plus.
- Punctual and disciplined with a strong focus on shop-floor safety.
