We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and hands-on experience with LogicalDOC to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, document management systems, and modern backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.

• Build and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.

• Integrate and customize LogicalDOC document management system as per business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java and document management systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Java (8 or above).

• Expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.

• Proven experience working with LogicalDOC (installation, configuration, customization, API integration).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate.

• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools.

• Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker or other containerization tools.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Understanding of document indexing and metadata structures.
