Job Title: HR Manager – Pharma Industry
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
Experience Required: 3 to 10 Years
Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare / Life Sciences
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant discipline

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our pharmaceutical company in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices within the pharma/biotech sector and be capable of handling the entire HR gamut including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for plant and corporate roles.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements relevant to the pharma sector.

  • Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation for new employees.

  • Oversee and implement HR policies and SOPs in alignment with company goals.

  • Support performance management systems including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and maintain a healthy work culture.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees in technical and soft skills.

  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance systems, and coordinate with finance for timely disbursements.

  • Monitor and manage employee records, leaves, and exit formalities.

  • Liaise with government and health authorities for required clearances and licenses (if applicable).


Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and labour laws, especially in a manufacturing or pharma environment.

  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage a team and interact effectively with cross-functional departments.
