Job Description:

Responsible to lead and manage the quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing product quality, implementing QMS standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and QMS implementation across production lines
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
• Plan and conduct internal process audits, and oversee CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
• Perform inspection and monitoring of production output to meet quality specifications
• Use quality tools and inspection techniques to identify and address product/process deviations
• Generate quality reports and documentation, and present analysis to senior management
• Adherence as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

      2 .People:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team effectively
• Train and mentor QC personnel on quality practices, tools, and systems
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure quality goals are met

Education: 

• BE./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience
