Job Description:

Position:        Production Planning Executive

Location:       Daman

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating Production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determining Equipment capacity and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Equipment scheduling as per orders, capacity and maintenance.
• Monitor orders to ensure they will finish on time, any change in material, machine and delay to be escalated.
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments (Quality control, marketing, Purchase, Dispatch, Production, etc.
• Provide customer service, notify customer/sales team on any delays and outages.
• Obtain output information and report same to superiors.
• Report generations, data analysis, Manual and ERP.
• Conduct daily meeting to keep track of production schedules.

Required Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.
• Strong understanding of statistics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on plastics.
• Knowledge of systems and regulations related to TF production.
• Demonstrated ability to set a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Strong commitment to developing team members and fostering succession planning within the team.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies, processes, and industry developments.
• Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Plastic

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
