Job Description:

Position:          AM/Manager - QC

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      7 - 9 Years

Industries:       Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Quality planning, strengthen Quality control systems and support trouble shooting.
• Educate QC Team for inspection, drafting check points for better quality and anti-claim production policy.
• Educate QC team regarding the technical & quality aspects, reducing the rejection level.
• Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time,
• Monitor, analyze Daily / Weekly/ Monthly samples & production inspection reports.
• Liase with functional heads within the plant for product quality, New product development and process adherence.
• To conduct meetings with the Cutting, Production supervisors, & QC for quality samples & production,
• Analyse Customer complaints, implement CAPA and follow up within the Plant and with Customers.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
• Facilitate, monitor and follow up for Customer Audits.
• Lead and guide all quality related aspects at the plant site by implementing quality management systems, quality plans and controls to achieve plant's objectives
• Continuous training & development of employees for quality improvement
