Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer – MCC & Electrical Panel Business

Department: Sales & Marketing – Electrical Solutions
Location: [Noida, Delhi]
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives for Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Electrical Control Panels, and Power Distribution Panels. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems and hands-on experience in selling custom-engineered solutions to industrial clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development of MCCs, LT/HT panels, control panels, and other electrical panel solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients across industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop tailored panel solutions based on client specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos to promote panel solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for order execution, delivery timelines, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards (e.g., IEC, IS), and competitors.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales of electrical panels, MCCs, switchboards, or similar products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, panel components, and wiring standards.
