Business Development Executive
Job Description:
● Location: Ahmedabad, India
● Experience Required: 3+ years of proven experience in hospitality,furniture/interior design sales.
● Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
● Gender Preference: Male
● Education: Graduate (Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or Hospitality Management
preferred)
● Age: 25 to 35 years
● Personality: Extrovert, Energetic, and Proactive
● Other Requirements: Strong Presentation Skills, Open to Travel
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
○ Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Arcedior’s presence in the hospitality
industry by identifying key segments, setting goals, and driving action plans.
2. Client Acquisition & Management:
○ Identify, approach, and acquire new clients from the hospitality sector, including hotels,
resorts, and serviced apartments.
○ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and interior designers to ensure
repeat business.
3. Market Research & Networking:
○ Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business
opportunities.
○ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand
visibility.
4. Project Coordination:
○ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project
execution that meets client expectations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
○ Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and identify
improvement areas.
6. Team Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing teams to create impactful client
presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
● Strong understanding of design aesthetics and spatial planning.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience working with high-value clients and luxury brands.
● Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and vendors.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
● Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
