Skill : Engage with NRI clients to address their financial and compliance needs, ensuring timely service and proper documentation. Maintain client records and assist in executing NRI-focused business strategies in collaboration with management.  Education: Min. Graduate
Working hours: 10:00 to 07:00 & 1hr Lunch break Monday to Friday & Half Day for Saturday.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Client Relationship Executive – NRI Services to manage and support our NRI clients. The role involves addressing their financial and compliance needs, ensuring timely documentation, maintaining client records, and supporting NRI-related business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with NRI clients to understand and fulfill their financial service requirements

• Provide timely assistance in investments, insurance, and related compliance documentation

• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with internal teams and management to implement NRI-focused business strategies

• Ensure excellent service standards and client satisfaction

• Follow up with clients for required documents and processes

• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in financial or NRI services

• Strong knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, insurance)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Good understanding of compliance procedures related to NRI clients

• Well-organized with attention to detail

• Ability to work professionally with a wide range of clients

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude

• Requirements:  Knowledge of financial services like Investment, Insurance, etc.  Excellent English communication skills.
