Reports To: Production Manager / Fabrication Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time / Shift-based

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• 📐 Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics

• 🪚 Cut, drill, and shape metal components using tools like saws, grinders, and presses

• 🔩 Assemble and weld metal parts to build machine frames and structures

• ⚙️ Use hand and power tools to ensure accurate fit and finish

• 🧪 Conduct quality checks and measurements to maintain dimensional accuracy

• 🔧 Maintain and repair fabrication equipment as needed

• 🚧 Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times

• 📝 Document completed work and report defects or issues to supervisors

🎓 Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related trade

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or machine building

• Proficient in MIG/TIG/ARC welding and fabrication tools

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments

• Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices
