🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• 🏦 Manage end-to-end operations including sales, credit, and collections across all branches in the state

• 🎯 Set and monitor business targets for branch managers and ensure achievement of growth KPIs

• 👥 Build, lead, and motivate large sales and collections teams

• 📈 Drive business expansion by identifying potential markets and new locations

• 🧾 Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

• 🤝 Develop strategic partnerships with local vendors, DSAs, and financial institutions

• 📊 Review MIS reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement plans

• 🛠 Oversee risk management, credit quality, and delinquency control

• 🔍 Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure operational excellence

• 💡 Provide market feedback and assist in product customization for regional needs

🎓 Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field

• 8–12 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record in sales, operations, and collections management

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and team management abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively across the state
