DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients (retail and project)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, approach, and convert potential retail, builder, and institutional clients and drive business development by identifying new opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
2. Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders
3. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows or related construction products.
4. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, monitor collection, and analyze financial data.
5. Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
6. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to sales and customer relationships.
