Profile :Techno-Functional Consultant- Odoo

Experience - 3 to 6 Years
Communication - Intermediate or Advanced level
Educational Qualification - B.E. in I.T. or C.S. / B.C.A. - M.C.A, B.Sc., M.Sc. IT

Roles & Responsibility:

Desired Skills:

Design and implement workflows and business processes in Odoo.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Odoo.
Creation of End user manuals and training videos.
Adhere to policies, Punctuality & Discipline (self and team), Solution Based Approach.
Ability to adjust in different project methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and
Project Types ( Dedicated, Fixed cost, T & M) (preferable).
Proactive Communicator, Strong in Internal / External client communication.
Strong technical, functional & analysis skills.
Requirement gathering & analysis direct from client and converting it to technical/functional

requirement.

Strong decision maker(preferable).
Strong troubleshooting and good problem-solving skills.
Client-centric approach.
Eager to learn new technologies.
Flexible in nature.
Ensures proper source code documentation.
Interacting and helping the team & Seniors.
Good understanding End to End Implementation.
Pivot Reports, Dashboards(preferable).
Escalaton Handling (for the project).
Stress Management.

Skills (Mandatory):
Framework: Odoo 11/12/13/14/15/16 (Enterprise/Community).
Functional and Technical knowledge for modules of odoo: Accounting, Sales, Purchases,
MRP, Point of Sale, Inventory, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Website, HR, Fleet Management.
Onsite training and implementation of the system at client side.
