Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for technical development, data integration, report creation, and system customization within Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves working on end-to-end implementations and providing ongoing support for HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for reports, integrations, and extensions.

• Design and build RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

• Create and manage data conversions using tools like HDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC.

• Develop and support integrations (inbound/outbound) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Build custom BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.

• Customize application pages using sandboxes.

• Troubleshoot and support HCM Cloud applications and integrations.

• Work on quarterly updates, ensuring new features are adopted effectively.

• Provide technical training and support to end-users.

Key Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc.)

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI

• HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader)

• SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, Web Services

• Page personalization and extensions

• UCM, MFT, SFTP

• Technical documentation (BRDs, design documents)

• Experience with Oracle updates and Redwood Pages

• Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), Recruitment Booster

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• 10+ years of experience in HCM technical development

• 3+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud

• 2+ full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred)

• Consulting experience (preferred)
