Job Description:

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our
client base in the aluminum extrusion and window manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in B2B sales, relationship management, and business development within the construction,
architectural, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminum extrusion and window manufacturing
sector.
 Generate leads and build relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and developers.
 Promote and sell aluminum windows, doors, and related products to clients.
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
 Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
 Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
✅ Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
 Monitor and report sales performance and market developments.
✅ Coordination & Collaboration:
 Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
 Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer demands.
Qualifications & Requirements:
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
 Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
