Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

Security Infrastructure Management - Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and solutions (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, SIEM, etc.

Threat Detection & Incident Response - •Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, investigate breaches, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate incident response activities

Vulnerability Assessment & Management - •Identify and assess security vulnerabilities, manage patching and remediation efforts, and conduct regular penetration testing

Security Auditing & Compliance - Ensure compliance with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and assist with audits

Risk Management - Evaluate security risks and propose strategies for mitigating potential threats to systems and data

Collaboration -Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure coding practices, security patches, and data protection strategie

Mentorship & Training • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior cybersecurity engineers and raise awareness across the organization regarding security best practice

Preferred candidate profile

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent

work experience).

•5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on infrastructure security, risk management,

and incident response.

•Expertise in network security, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and security

monitoring.

•Strong knowledge of security tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and encryption

technologies.

•Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

•Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and techniques (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit,
