Job Title: AGM / DGM – Mechanical (Power Plant)

Location: Ramgarh, Jharkhand
Department: Power Plant – Mechanical Maintenance
Reporting To: GM / Head – Power Plant
Experience: 10–15 years

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Mechanical Maintenance & Reliability

• Lead mechanical maintenance activities for turbines, boilers, rotary equipment, pumps, ID/FD/PA fans, compressors, gearboxes, etc.

• Ensure high plant availability and reliability through preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance strategies.

• Develop and implement equipment inspection and lubrication schedules.

🔁 Planning & Execution

• Plan shutdowns, overhauls, and major maintenance work.

• Supervise day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacements.

• Prepare BOQ for spares, track consumption and inventory.

🧑‍🏭 Team Management

• Manage and guide a team of engineers and technicians.

• Conduct skill gap analysis and training for maintenance teams.

• Promote safety culture and SOP adherence among ground staff.

⚙️ Performance Monitoring

• Analyze root cause of equipment failures (RCFA).

• Implement corrective actions to reduce MTBF and increase MTTR.

• Maintain KPIs like equipment uptime, breakdown frequency, and maintenance cost.

📊 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

• Maintain historical data of equipment health and servicing records.

• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and inspections.
