We Are Hiring Area sales manager ( Vehicle Finance) In Ahmedabad
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Vehicle Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth for vehicle loans in the assigned territory.

Identify, onboard, and manage DSA (Direct Selling Agents), dealers, and other channel partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle finance.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
-
Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and customers.
-
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
-
Oversee loan disbursement process, documentation, and customer verification.
-
Train and motivate the sales team to meet performance metrics.
-
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and service.

Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

4–8 years of experience in vehicle finance or auto loans.
-
Proven track record in sales and team management.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of the local market and vehicle loan industry.
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of vehicle loan underwriting and risk assessment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Understanding of RBI/NBFC/Banking norms related to vehicle finance.
