Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and team-building activities.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management.
- Support the HR team in policy communication and HR audits.
- Conduct exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation.
Skills:
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar capacity.
