Job Description:

Job Title: HR Executive/Manager
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Gender Requirement: Male candidates only
Work Locations: Must be comfortable traveling to both Vatva and Viramgam manufacturing units

Company Overview:

We are a manufacturing organization with production units in Vatva and Viramgam (Ahmedabad). We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to handle HR operations across our units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations at manufacturing sites

• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Handle Performance Management System (PMS) processes

• Recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

• Maintain statutory compliance and employee records

• Coordinate with departmental heads to support HR needs

• Travel regularly between Vatva and Viramgam as per operational requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup

• Strong knowledge of SOPs and PMS

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Willingness and ability to travel to both Vatva and Viramgam regularly

• Based in or willing to relocate to Vatva or Viramgram

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
