Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Home Loans

Location:  Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home loan solutions.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure end-to-end loan closure.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall performance.

• Build strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep records of sales and report to the sales manager.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales (field-based).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong local network in real estate or housing finance domain.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
