Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:Managing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offers, and overseeing the onboarding process.

Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Performance Management:Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans.

Training & Development:Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and managing employee career development.

HR Policy Development & Implementation:Drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Compensation:Assisting with payroll processing, salary negotiations, and compensation administration.
