Job Description:

Position:         Manager - QA/QC

Location:        Bhilad Near by Vapi

Experience:     8 - 10 Years

Industries:      Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Control:
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., FDCA  ISO , Legal metrological department, Effluent water  etc )
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes in processes and documentation.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and train the quality control team to ensure high performance and continuous skill development.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability across the plant.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including batch records, test results, and audit reports.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management:
• Address customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.

• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
