CTC: $1,500 – $2,500 per month (All-inclusive)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Depot Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a reputed FMCG distribution business focused on route-to-market van sales. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in warehouse and inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and team supervision.

The role requires strong operational skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably ODOO or SAP B1), and the ability to drive efficiency, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics and cost-effective warehouse operations at our on-site location in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and dispatch

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Oversee daily team activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

• Optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs

• Operate and manage ERP tools (ODOO/SAP B1) for inventory and workflow management

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure supply chain efficiency
