Job Description:

Graphics Head (Blockchain & Creative Design) – Candidate Requirements

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Designing

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Blockchain, NFT, Crypto, or Web3 projects

  • Experience leading or managing a design team is preferred

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications in 3D Design, Motion Graphics, UI/UX, or Digital Design will be an added advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

  • Expertise in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D design tools

  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX tools

  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing

  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

Industry Preference:

  • Candidates from Blockchain, Crypto, NFT, Web3, FinTech, Gaming, Metaverse, or Digital Marketing agencies

  • Portfolio showcasing Blockchain/NFT/Crypto-related creative work is highly preferred

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Team handling and project management experience

  • Creative thinking and innovative design approach

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Ideal Candidate Profile

A candidate with 5+ years of graphic design experience, strong expertise in Blockchain/NFT/Crypto creatives, proficiency in 3D designing, and experience managing a creative team would be the best fit for this role. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, motion graphics, and Web3 projects is essential.
