Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative mechanical or product designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).

• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement.

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

• Review designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.

• Participate in prototyping, testing, and product validation.

• Analyze and resolve design-related issues during the production phase.

• Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and product redesigns.

• Ensure project deadlines are met with a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in product or mechanical design.

• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
