General Manager – Liaisoning (RAJASTHAN)

Job Description:

Position: General Manager – Liaisoning

Location: Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 15–20 Years
CTC: 12 LPA - 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, local administration, and industry associations.
• Ensure timely approvals, clearances, and compliance for business operations (e.g., land acquisition, environmental, labor, and statutory matters).
• Represent the company in public hearings, policy discussions, and government meetings.
• Handle legal and regulatory issues, coordinate with legal advisors, and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for all liaisoning activities.
• Stay updated on relevant state and central policies, legal amendments, and industrial regulations.
• Build rapport with key influencers to protect and promote organizational interests.

Key Requirements:

• 15–20 years of liaisoning experience, preferably in infrastructure, power, mining, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of state and central government processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong network and working relationships with Rajasthan state departments and local authorities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive issues with discretion.
