Job Description:
Position: General Manager – Liaisoning
Location: Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 15–20 Years
CTC: 12 LPA - 15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, local administration, and industry associations.
- Ensure timely approvals, clearances, and compliance for business operations (e.g., land acquisition, environmental, labor, and statutory matters).
- Represent the company in public hearings, policy discussions, and government meetings.
- Handle legal and regulatory issues, coordinate with legal advisors, and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for all liaisoning activities.
- Stay updated on relevant state and central policies, legal amendments, and industrial regulations.
- Build rapport with key influencers to protect and promote organizational interests.
Key Requirements:
- 15–20 years of liaisoning experience, preferably in infrastructure, power, mining, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of state and central government processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong network and working relationships with Rajasthan state departments and local authorities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive issues with discretion.
