Installer & Fitter – Stainless Steel Fittings & Site Works

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and skilled Installers & Fitters who specialize in stainless steel (SS) fittings and all types of profile work. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling installation tasks at various project sites, understanding technical drawings, and adapting to specific site conditions and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out on-site installation of all types of stainless steel (SS) fittings, including railings, partitions, fixtures, profiles, and custom works.

• Interpret and execute tasks based on engineering or architectural drawings, site instructions, and client requirements.

• Conduct site inspections to understand project-specific requirements and plan fitting work accordingly.

• Ensure precise and professional installation, adapting methods and materials as needed for different sites.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams for seamless execution of jobs.

• Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in SS fitting and site installation work.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong understanding of materials, fixing techniques, and fitting best practices.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to diverse site conditions.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, or in variable site conditions.

• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Willingness to travel to various site locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI certification in mechanical fitting, fabrication, or related field.

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or high-end residential sites.
