Job Purpose:
To acquire new customers and drive the sale of Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct and indirect sourcing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

Identify and source potential customers for CASA products through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital channels.

Conduct market mapping to understand competitor offerings and customer segments.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.

Cross-sell relevant bank products such as FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc., to increase wallet share.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer retention.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all CASA accounts opened.

Adhere to all bank compliance, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and customer trends.

Share feedback with the product and marketing teams for improvements.
