We Are Hiring Branch Mnager (Secured LAP ) In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Branch Manager – Secured LAP

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Retail Lending / Secured Loans

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the branch's performance in Secured LAP portfolio through lead generation, conversion, and cross-selling.

• Manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, Connectors) and ensure a healthy pipeline of cases.

• Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC norms, and risk assessment frameworks.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal and documentation.

• Monitor and improve TAT (Turn Around Time) in the end-to-end loan process.

• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and provide feedback to senior management.

• Regularly review and report on branch performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for the branch sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in secured lending (preferably LAP).

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, property documentation, and local market dynamics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
