Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategy in alignment with hospital leadership.
- Build an agile HR ecosystem to support growth, compliance, and patient-centric service delivery.
- Guide hospital-wide HR digitization and policy implementation.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategy for medical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
- Oversee workforce planning and manpower optimization for 2000+ employees.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure 100% statutory and labor law compliance.
- Lead payroll management, HR audits, HRMS implementation, and records management.
- Maintain compliance with NABH, JCI, and other healthcare accreditation standards.

Create and execute employee engagement programs tailored to a healthcare environment.
- Oversee grievance handling, union interactions (if applicable), and workforce stability.
- Performance Management & Training
- Drive performance appraisal systems, succession planning, and talent management.
- Set up L&D frameworks for both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR / PGDHRM or equivalent (from reputed institute).
Experience:
- 12-18 years of progressive HR experience.
