Position:          Sr. Engineer - Projects (Defense Business)

Location:         Daman 

Experience:      5 - 7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Good working Knowledge of company products & services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Navy sub-continent ship industry i.e. Project execution process.
• Ensure compliance with Navy standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality on all defense-related work.
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, and technologies used in naval applications.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD, ABS, DNV, or other maritime standards.
• Coordinating internal resources & Customers for the flowless execution of multiple projects.
• Responsible for managing project budget, planning, and personnel, to ensure meets technical requirements & timely execution.
• Solving technical queries by engineering support.
• Collect & analyze project information to create status reports & recommend future actions.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule & project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track the process.
• Report escalates to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Cross-functional approach & active participation in team-building activities.
• Actively participate in training and make best use of training in work practices.
