Sales Manager - Plastics for packaging manufacturer at Tanzania

Job Description:

• Technical degree or equivalent is preferable..
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the plastic industry (raw materials, finished products, packaging, or molded components).
• In-charge of Plastics department sales - blow moulding , injection moulding and extrusion film.
• Language - English (compulsory) and Swahili (preferable) 
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, materials, and applications.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business development.

Salary - negotiable depending on candidate experience.
