Position Title: Branch Manager / Senior Manager – Commercial Vehicle & Equipment Loan

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Loan Officers to achieve targets for commercial vehicle and equipment loans.

Business Growth: Develop strategies to increase the loan portfolio for commercial vehicles and equipment, targeting new markets and clients.

Sales Target Management: Set and achieve sales targets for loan disbursement and new client acquisition.

Loan Origination & Approval: Oversee the loan application process, from origination to approval, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders in the commercial lending space.

Cross-selling & Product Promotion: Promote other banking products and services to existing clients, enhancing the company’s financial product offerings.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all loan transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, and manage any associated risks.

Training & Development: Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt strategies for better customer acquisition.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on loan disbursements, market trends, sales performance, and risk management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in commercial lending, specifically in vehicle or equipment financing.

Proven leadership experience in managing a sales or operations team.

In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle loans, equipment financing, and other related products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess risk and make sound lending decisions.

Experience with managing large portfolios and meeting sales targets.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

Strong knowledge of banking regulations and loan processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, loan management software, and CRM tools.
