Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial vehicle and equipment loans in the assigned region. Ensure that the team achieves sales targets and loan disbursements.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, and other sales staff to achieve the regional sales goals.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial vehicle and equipment sectors.

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and markets within the region to drive loan acquisition and business growth.

Loan Application & Approval: Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, credit guidelines, and risk management standards.

Cross-selling: Promote additional banking products and services such as working capital loans, insurance, and business accounts to existing clients.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and loan disbursements comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Manage the risk associated with loans effectively.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of sales teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to improve sales outcomes.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust strategies for better results.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial lending, with a focus on commercial vehicle and equipment financing.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing loan portfolios.

Leadership experience in managing a sales team across a large geographic area.

Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and processes.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
