Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement supply chain processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules aligned with industry best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain and operations functions, providing strategic and technical leadership.
  • Support proposal development, project estimation, and work plans, and provide guidance on Oracle implementation strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve production support issues through detailed root cause analysis, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Monitor and manage supply chain integrations, collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Oversee supply chain functions such as procurement, order fulfillment, and cost accounting, ensuring smooth process execution.
  • Define and support reconciliation processes and reports for month-end and year-end closures.
  • Design user-specific Infolets and OTBI reports; write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
  • Analyze quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, map new features to business needs, conduct testing, and coordinate deployment post-validation.
  • Train business users, stakeholders, and new team members on new functionalities and system capabilities.
  • Define custom Fusion roles by process and manage associated data access privileges.
  • Promote the use of Oracle’s standard features and reports wherever feasible.
  • Communicate support and enhancement request statuses to users, maintaining alignment with defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional ERP support/implementation teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and project execution.
  • Engage with Oracle Support for bug resolution and enhancement requests, and perform patch impact analysis, testing, and risk identification.
  • Adhere to ITIL-based service management processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in the software/ERP industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and custom tool debugging.
  • Minimum two full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and hands-on domain experience in supply chain operations is preferred.

 

Technical Competencies:

  • Hands-on implementation and support expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM modules including:
  • Procurement Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Inventory, Costing, Procurement Contracts, Product Hub, Supplier Portal, SQM, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, BPM Workflows, OTBI Reports.
  • Additional knowledge of Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Execution, Demand Planning, CPQ is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, CRM, Field Services, and Letter of Credit (LC) management.
  • Proficient in SQL, report development, and system integration tasks using OTBI.
