Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert with a minimum of 15 years in enterprise application development, including substantial experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in integrations, reporting, and fast formula development, with a strong grasp of tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.

• Develop and customize reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Write and maintain Fast Formulas for various HCM functions (e.g., Payroll, Absence, Benefits).

• Load and manage data using HDL/SDL tools.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM Cloud modules.

• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
  
  Strong hands-on expertise in:

• • Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

  • BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/SDL

  • Fast Formula development

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of working on complex HCM implementations or support projects.

• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).

• Master’s Degree (preferred but not required).

• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in global or multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
