Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers

  • Explain solar energy products, services, and government rebates to customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions

  • Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and maintain customer relationships

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in solar/energy/tele-sales

    • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English

    • Comfortable working early morning shift (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST)

    • Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    • Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus (training provided)
