Sales Executive (Solar Energy Solutions)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers

Explain solar energy products, services, and government rebates to customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions

Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and maintain customer relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
-
1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in solar/energy/tele-sales
-
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English

Comfortable working early morning shift (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST)

Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus (training provided)
