Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Management
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with the executive team to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives.
• Accounting & Reporting
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and the board.
• Taxation (Direct & Indirect).
• Responsible for each line item in Profit & Loss.
• Looking after commercial Activities.
• Cost & Inventory Control
• Oversee product costing, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory valuation in a manufacturing setup.
• Analyse cost variances and implement measures to improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for real-time cost optimization.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular forecasts.
• Monitor performance against budgets and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform scenario planning to assess business risk and opportunities.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and solvency.
• Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
• Leadership & Compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Administration.

 Required Skills

• Proven experience in cost Accounting, Financial Modelling & ERP systems etc.

• Strong Leadership.
• Communication.
• Analytical skills.

Required Qualification:- CMA/CA/MBA - Finance

Salary :- Upto 35.00 LPA
