We Are Hiring Human Resource In Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
* Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and Monster.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.
* Maintain updated lead trackers for each role.
2. Interview Coordination
* Schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and internal
stakeholders.
* Follow up with candidates for confirmations, task submissions, and availability.
* Ensure timely communication and professional etiquette throughout the hiring journey.
3. Documentation & Onboarding Assistance
* Collect and verify documents from shortlisted candidates.
* Assist in creating offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation.
* Support joining formalities on Day 1.
4. Candidate Relationship Management
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and courteous communication.
* Maintain a candidate database for future openings and internal references.
5. Reporting & MIS Management
* Maintain dashboards on hiring status and turnaround time (TAT).
* Generate weekly reports for management review.
* Maintain interview feedback, candidate notes, and follow-up records.
6. Employer Branding & Job Posting
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and sharing them across platforms.
* Support branding efforts through creative inputs on hiring banners, captions, and outreach
strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration (preferred)
* Strong verbal and written communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and English)
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and CRM or ATS systems
* High attention to detail and structured approach
* Professional conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain and knows how to use AI
